Policy’s

 Returns & Exchange:All sales are final with AR Toybox due to the intimate nature of our products, and for the safety of our customers, we cannot accept any returns  on any products so be sure to get your size or product. If in need for better judgment contact me before purchasing ! All customers do have 15 days to exchange or notify if product has defect or problem.

Lost or Stolen: After items are shipped from AR Toybox; your tracking number will be sent. After items are in transit it is out of AR Toybox responsibility, and you will need to contact the USPS postal office directly. This includes lost, stolen, damaged or late arrival packages.

Shipping: Packages from AR Toybox are shipped next business day. Shipping takes 1-3 OR 3-6 business days depending on picked shipping. Tracking number will be provided same as shipping day.

Pickup: All items are ON HAND so you can pick up same day! Address will be provided and box will be located in front of the location with camera to insecure you collect the right package or ! When arriving send a text to get correct box number for your package!
